ookabooka takes user satisfaction very seriously. In the case of problems with your food order, please contact ookabooka call us on our hotline number and we will assist you. In appropriate cases, if you have already been billed by ookabooka on behalf of the shp, ookaooka will issue full or partial refunds. In the following cases: if you did not receive your order or received an incorrect order, you may be issued a full refund; if part of your order is missing, we may issue a partial refund. In every event, we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction.

You may cancel the order until before the order has been accepted by calling our call center

 

What happens if I am not home to accept the order delivery?

Our delivery partner will contact you on the mobile number you had given at the time of placing the order. You may suggest an alternate schedule for receiving your order. However, after 3 unsuccessful attempts to contact will result in auto cancellation of your order.

 

Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?

No. You cannot change the delivery address after an order has been placed. However, you may cancel and re-initiate a new order with the updated delivery information. We strongly recommend you to keep your contact information updated at all times.
